Meet our team
Nicole has worked in skilled nursing and rehabilitation since 2008. While pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Southern Illinois University, she interned at a small nursing and rehab facility in Marion, IL. There Nicole discovered that working with the geriatric population was truly her passion and gained her initial experience in Social Services, Admissions, and Marketing. Nicole went on to earn her Nursing Home Administrators license so she could truly make a difference in the lives of seniors. After meeting the staff at Fair Oaks and seeing that their mission and values matched her own, she knew it was the place to take the next steps in her career. “I feel so fortunate to work with people who are loving and compassionate while giving exceptional care to patients. I am blessed to be part of an amazing team,” said Nicole.
Nicole likes to spend her free time making memories with her husband and two daughters.
