Jim Surdick, Social Services Director

Jim has worked at Fair Oaks since 2004. With a long background in the retail business, Jim is an expert in customer service. His energy and enthusiasm have been an excellent addition to the Fair Oaks family.  “People always say ‘Everyone has a calling in life and you will know when you truly feel it’. I know it now! I know this is what I am supposed to be doing, working with a wonderful and dedicated staff and becoming personally involved with the residents and their families. It may be hard to believe, but when I go on vacation now, I miss Fair Oaks and I am anxious to get back. What a difference compared to my other jobs. I am truly blessed.
