Patti Rygh, Assistant Director of Nursing

Patti has worked at Fair Oaks since 1991, first as a staff nurse then Resident Care Coordinator and Assistant Director of Nursing. Affectionately known as PIA, Patti is on top of everything that is going on in the facility. Her goal is to see that every resident is able to live to their fullest potential by ensuring the highest quality of care from the nursing and nursing assistant staff. “Fair Oaks is my second home. The staff and residents and the residents’ families are my extended family. All of the staff has one mission, to make our residents feel at home and receive the best care we can provide. This is the mission of all the departments, not only nursing.” Patti brings a little extra joy into the life of the residents with visits from “”Tippy” the Cocker Spaniel.
