Becca Weseman, Supportive Living Supervisor

Becca is a Certified Nursing Assistant and became our Rehabilitation Aide approximately three years ago.  That title just did not encompass everything Becca does for Fair Oaks and the residents and she again received a promotion to her present title. It seems nothing is too much for Becca, between exercising with the residents and keeping them mobile, choosing and ordering wheelchairs, correcting positioning, monitoring braces, assisting with pain control with hot packs and being our resident aromatherapy expert she has time for a hug and a kind word for the residents at every turn. “I have loved Fair Oaks since I first started working here at the age of 19. Fair Oaks is about compassion, caring and love, we go above and beyond to give the residents what they need.”
