Rita Walters, Dietary Manager

Rita joined Fair Oaks as a Dietary Manager in 2000. . As a Dietary Manager you would imagine Rita’s passion would be food but in truth it is nutrition. With a great thirst for knowledge, she will investigate and research to ensure all the residents receive the optimal in dietary management. Many days you will find her in the kitchen or at her computer from very early in the morning to early evening.  Her consultant, a licensed Dietician, says she knows just about as much as I do, only all of it self taught. “My goal is to have a quality and individualized dining experience for our residents.”

Rita is the mother of one son, two daughters and has six grandchildren.
